You’ve got a free half hour during your work day. What do you do?
Not that this happens very often, but when it does I take time out for a coffee and to read the latest business magazines I have received.
What's the biggest thing you've learnt this year?
That I have the capacity and ability to take my business to the next level – before now I didn’t believe it could be possible.
What’s the smartest bit of marketing you’ve ever done?
Making contact with a lady (from a post I saw on Facebook) from a radio station in the view to assisting with their admin and I have now ended up with a fortnightly spot on her radio show.
What’s your proudest moment?
When both of my sons were born.
What’s the most enjoyable element of your work? And the least enjoyable?
Most enjoyable: Seeing small business owners take their business to the next step because they have outsourced their admin work to us which allowed them to concentrate on their business.
Least enjoyable: Working from a home office can be difficult when you are on your own.

What would be your advice to aspiring soloists?
Persevere with your goal. You have decided to pursue something you are passionate about and love. There will be stumbling blocks but don’t give up.
What inspires you most about your work?
The clients and the amazing passion they have for their businesses. I am constantly astounded by the number of varying small businesses being created.
What do you love most about running your own business?
Being able to make my own decisions, and taking responsibility for them.
